This is a premium course that includes an aperitif of premium shochu, Maou, and 2 hours of all-you-can-drink.Starting with Hakata specialties such as "seared cod roe" and "sesame mackerel," the menu includes a variety of proud dishes such as "whole live squid sashimi or fresh fish of the day," "seasonal vegetable and chicken tempura," and "seared specially selected Japanese black beef."For the main course, try Hakata Motsunabe or Hakata Mizutaki.
